Woodcock Design, Inc. is supporting Joseph K. Oppermann, preservation specialists, on the restoration of a historic dining club at Princeton University, built in 1924. This member- and alumni-owned building is part of a distinctive network of clubs that contribute to the University’s social and cultural life. The $8M project includes restoration of the historic exterior and interior, upgrades to building systems, and modernization of living spaces to remain competitive with Princeton’s social and dining alternatives.
Using Revit technology, Woodcock Design will coordinate the preservation, architectural, and engineering teams, producing the architectural and regulatory documents. Through this work, Woodcock Design will fully utilize revit’s visualization tools, enabling the team to communicate design intent and support fundraising throughout the project.
