The Owner’s of this stone masonry house required a larger kitchen and living area.  The house was expanded into the former garage to provide additional space.  The kitchen, entry, power room, and dining room were renovated as part of the project. 

The family has since grown and in 2026 has the need for a 2nd story addition. This will provide an expanded primary suite, dressing and bathrooms will add space for teen living. 

The project will be constructed this summer.
