Southwark on Reed is a vibrant community of over 90 townhouses in South Philadelphia, designed with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and historical inspiration. Woodcock Design collaborated closely with the developers’ construction team to reimagine traditional row house details for modern construction. They were responsible for selecting windows, doors, and exterior materials, providing detailed construction plans, and assisting with the procurement process. The design choices were thoughtfully made to blend seamlessly with the existing neighborhood’s aesthetic.
