Nourish Market, a micro booth at the Baltimore International Airport, is the first airport-based self-serve retail outlet for a new food company. The business vision sources local fresh food from the surrounding Baltimore area farms, and places it in a location where fresh food is rarely available: an airport terminal.  

Woodcock Design provided the design for the booth and surroundings, branding and signage development, architectural design and engineering oversight. The homeland security grade regulations, applicable to construction inside the airport security perimeter, added a unique challenge to the project.
