The Carpenters’ Company of Philadelphia celebrated it’s 300 year anniversary in 2024. Woodcock Design, Inc. worked with the community to design the exhibition displayed at the Athenaeum.

The exhibition featured select members of the company over the span of the life of the organization, using original research produced by volunteer historians, students in history and preservation, and members of the carpenter’s company. The exhibit featured a graphic timeline of Philadelphia history along the top of the room to organize the member histories in sequence, thereby conveying a sense of Philadelphia’s history and giving each member’s lives context.
