Cannonball Club will be a new gathering place for car enthusiasts, supporting car display, event and gathering spaces within a complex of three historic buildings formerly a part of the Otis Elevator Company.   We are working on both the Landlord scope and Tenant scope for this project. 

City Living, using their network of skilled contractors, has restored the front of the warehouse, replacing windows and the roll up doors to make them historically appropriate.  The entire building front has been washed, repaired, and repointed and will be receiving historic tax credits as approved by the National Park Service.
