The Cannonball Club is a unique blend of social and automotive storage space catering to car and racing enthusiasts. The club will be housed in a complex of historic buildings formerly home to the Otis elevator company. The design of the space features the cars by placing the social spaces in the club on a mezzanine with views to the cars below. In addition to car storage space, the building includes a clubhouse room, special event area, bar/lounge, a detailing bay, and a commercial kitchen. Circulation between the various member spaces gives members an opportunity to meet each other as well as view the activities and objects on the car floor and detailing bay. The layout is arranged to support larger events that can occupy open space on the car storage floor. The project is currently under construction with opening planned for spring 2026.
