The proprietors of A Taste of Span specialize in brining gourmet meats, cheeses, oils and culinary culture within reach by curating their products and interpreting them for the American customer.   This retail booth, located in the reading terminal, enabled the Owners to attain a high degree of visibility.  They have since opened a storefront in Center City with cooking facilities to support their unique business, a labor of love.
